An expanded version on the traditional power trio. 3 time Juno award nominated Tina Jones and the triple threat of Taylor Kate Manns (the recording artist also known as Tiki Way) bring their vocal prowess and flamboyance to the big stage. Consummate jazz musician James Darling rounds out all the piano and big synth parts. On guitar and vocals we have Lee Worden. His immensely long professional resume is truly impressive. Pierre Komen is tackling the bass guitar and lead vocals. The group is centred around the brilliant musical talent of Bill Hicks on drums. Stuart Copland was Bill’s biggest influence and it’s the secret ingredient that makes this project snap, click , crack, pop , whack and smack. The working relationship of the core group dates back to the 80s itself. The thrash and passion of punk and the influence of jazz and reggae music are attributes we hold dear to our hearts. The Police embody these sensibilities and their music really resonates with us. It’s an honour to draw from their extensive collection of number one smash hits and perform these great songs.
